Cancellations

Bookings must be cancelled 1 days in advance of your arrival date..
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Payments |

No pets Allowed, Non-Smoking Rooms are available on request, we will make every effort to meet your request but they are not gauranteed. Payments will be taken at the time of Bookings. Refunds will only be made if in accordance with our cancellation policy. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented when checking in. Please be advised that the hotel hires its main restaurant out for private functions. If you wish to dine at the hotel please advise us at the time of booking. Some of our functions have entertainment until 1am but please be assured that our reception staff will do their best to allocate you a room on a high floor. Due to a high volume of bookings we may occasionally have to substitute the room type requested. Should this occour we will make every effort to contact you prior to your arrival.
A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
